Professional Experience

Neil has been practising law in Auckland since 1988 and has been a partner at the firm for more than 28 years.

He specialises in banking and finance law, working closely with banks, non-bank lenders, brokers, and mezzanine financiers to structure and facilitate complex financial transactions. Neil’s expertise covers corporate finance, project finance, property finance, and security enforcement.

Through Kensington Finance Limited Partnership, Neil also arranges contributory mortgage investments.

In addition, Neil has extensive experience in commercial property, including leasing, property development, and subdivisions, and advises clients on asset protection and trusts.
