Tony graduated with an LLB from the University of Otago in 1988. After gaining broad experience in both city and suburban practice, he joined Simpson Dowsett Mackey, becoming a partner of the firm in 1999.
Tony's practice is principally based in the general property area of law, though he has also developed considerable experience in employment law and relationship property matters. This breadth allows him to advise clients across a range of interrelated issues and to provide practical, joined-up advice where matters cross more than one area of expertise.
Over the course of his career, Tony has built a wide-ranging and diverse client base. He is known for his approachable manner and his commitment to providing clear, considered legal advice tailored to each client's particular circumstances.
