Tony graduated with an LLB from the University of Otago in 1988. After gaining broad experience in both city and suburban practice, he joined Simpson Dowsett Mackey, becoming a partner of the firm in 1999.

Tony's practice is principally based in the general property area of law, though he has also developed considerable experience in employment law and relationship property matters. This breadth allows him to advise clients across a range of interrelated issues and to provide practical, joined-up advice where matters cross more than one area of expertise.
